Return & Exchange Policy

   At YORENZO, we strive to deliver exceptional handcrafted pieces that exceed your expectations. Due to the artisanal and delicate nature of our creations, our Return and Exchange Policy is governed by the following terms:

    Standard Collections: Exchanges or returns for standard items are accepted within 3 days of order delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and luxury packaging, accompanied by all accessories and proof of purchase.

    Custom & Bespoke Orders (RADIANCE Collection): Because bespoke pieces are meticulously handcrafted to your personal specifications, custom orders are final and non-refundable. The 50% initial deposit cannot be refunded once crafting has commenced.

     Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement promptly at no additional cost to you.

     Shipping Fees: Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error on our part.
